- Mission & Vision -

Our vision statement is not a statement of where we already are, but a statement of what we want our perspective to be as we work toward our mission of continuing the ministry of Jesus.

Mission:

Vision:

Continuing the ministry of Jesus.

We exemplify the selfless love of Jesus through intentional relationships, serving others, and sharing our faith journey with all people.

We exemplify the
selfless love of Jesus

Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not regard equality with God as something to be exploited, but emptied himself, taking the form of a slave, being born in human likeness. And being found in human form, he humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death—even death on a cross.

Philippians 2:5-8

Through intentional
relationships,

And we urge you, beloved, to admonish the idlers, encourage the faint hearted, help the weak, be patient with all of them. See that none of you repays evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to all.

1 Thessalonians 5:14-15

Conduct yourselves wisely toward outsiders, making the most of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer everyone.

Colossians 4:5-6

Serving others,

For the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.

Mark 10:45

Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God, serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received.

1 Peter 4:10

And sharing our faith
journey,

But in your hearts sanctify Christ as Lord. Always be ready to make your defense to anyone who demands from you an accounting for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect.

1 Peter 3:15-16

So deeply do we care for you that we are determined to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you have become very dear to us.

1 Thessalonians 2:8

With all people.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

John 3:16-17

From now on, therefore, we regard no one from a human point of view; even though we once knew Christ from a human point of view, we know him no longer in that way. So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation; everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!

2 Corinthians 5:16-17
